Mentor, leader, business partner

My name is Małgosia Sławińska. I support the personal and professional development of people in leadership and management roles.

I believe that in the business environment, it is crucial to be able to combine expert competence with the ability to work with people and make responsible decisions.

A little more about the mentoring I invite you to join

I see mentoring as creating space to pause, reflect, and make conscious choices. In a world where time pressure and quick decisions are the norm, especially in the legal and corporate environments, such space becomes extremely valuable.

I believe that my role as a mentor is to accompany leaders in discovering this inner pause, where they can “step between stimulus and response.” It is in this brief moment that the potential for real change and growth lies.

My philosophy is based on the belief that a leader’s strength does not come from the speed of their response, but from their ability to consciously choose the best course of action. Paradoxically, what is slower at first often leads to better and faster results.

During the session, I create a safe space for exploring different perspectives and possibilities. I encourage you to slow down, be mindful, and consciously question automatic assumptions or reactions.

In legal and managerial work, where the pressure for immediate results is enormous, this ability to pause is extremely valuable. It shows that a brief moment of reflection is not a waste of time, but an investment in the quality of decisions and building a career in accordance with one’s own principles.
