How do we work?

Mentoring is carried out in the form of individual sessions:

  • online or in-person,
  • each session lasts 60–90 minutes,
  • we determine the number and frequency of meetings individually.
  • the entire process is completely confidential and tailored to your context.
  • we work at a pace that encourages reflection rather than pressure.

We always start with a free 30-minute introductory conversation, which allows us to check:
