Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:- conclusion and performance of a contract for the provision of mentoring services (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- handling inquiries sent via the contact form or e-mail (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
- conducting tax and accounting settlements (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
- sending commercial and marketing information – only with prior consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),
- ensuring the security and functionality of the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- Categories of data processed
The following categories of data are processed: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, data provided in the contact form or during registration for a consultation, data regarding the use of the website (IP address, cookies). - Data recipients
Personal data may be transferred to entities providing IT, hosting, accounting, and legal services, as well as to providers of online booking tools (e.g., Calendly) with whom data processing agreements have been concluded. Data may also be transferred to public authorities if required by applicable law. - Transfer of data outside the EEA
When using tools such as Calendly, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer of data is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms provided for by the GDPR. - Data retention period
