Plan your change
Conscious strategy. Thoughtful decisions.
You know you can do better, but today it’s hard to figure out which way to go. The thought of change keeps coming back more and more often. You feel like you’re stuck in one place and wonder if the next step will be a conscious choice or just an escape.
It’s a moment to slow down, not to push harder.
This path is for you if:
- You analyze the change – the thought of a new direction comes back regularly, but none of the options give you certainty about which step is the right one.
- You’re a lawyer or legal counsel considering “the other side” – familiar with law firm realities and curious about inhouse work (or the other way around), before making a highstakes move
- You feel tired of your current path – it’s not just a temporary slump, but a feeling that the place where you are has stopped supporting you.
- Others’ expectations often override your own needs – and you want to regain clarity around what truly matters to you
- You are looking for the right decision – you want your next change to be a conscious choice and a good move in the long term perspective, not just a response to pressure or fatigue.
- After losing your job, you’re seeking support – to restore stability, explore your next steps, and design a return to the job market that truly fits your strengths.
What can you gain from mentoring?
- A developed career path – instead of further deliberations, there will be a specific action plan and realistic directions that you can test in practice.
- Greater clarity in decision‑making – less chaos, less uncertainty, more purpose and control.
- Regaining control – where your career is shaped deliberately, in your own time, not by burnout or coincidence.
- Clarity of your own needs – you will understand what really motivates you, what you need today, and how to translate that into decisions that serve you.
How do we work?
Mentoring is carried out in the form of individual sessions:
- online or in-person,
- each session lasts 60–90 minutes,
- we determine the number and frequency of meetings individually.
- the entire process is completely confidential and tailored to your context.
- we work at a pace that encourages reflection rather than pressure.
We always start with a free 30-minute introductory conversation, which allows us to check:
- Is this the right time for mentoring,
- whether this form of work will be helpful for you.
